Chive Gnocchi

These side dishes, accompanied by chives, are served for example with stewed or roasted meat or various sauces.

Ingredients:

400 g coarse flour 40 g of butter 250 ml milk 2 tbsp chopped chives 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 pieces of egg salted water to cook the gnocchi

Procedure:

1. Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl
2. Stir the eggs, butter, salt and chives in the milk, add this mixture to the flour and make a semi-solid dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
