Chipotle mayo frying recipe

This tasty chipotle mayonnaise makes a delicious fish mayo for chicken or fish, or use it as a sandwich or burger. It’s a quick and easy aioli to make with a few chipotle'i chillies in adobo sauce, mayonnaise, garlic and other seasonings.
What you’ll need
3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 chipotle peppers adobo (finely chopped) 1 green onion (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon cilantro (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon lime juice 1 small clove garlic (pressed and crushed into a paste)
How to make it
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle'i peppers, green onion, cilantro, lime juice and garlic; mix well. Cover and chill until serving time. Use it to dip mayonnaise or use it in place of mayonnaise to top a burger or spread on a sandwich.
