Chinese Zucchini Mix

Vegetable Recipes sautéed in oil and served with roasted potatoes.

Ingredients:

8 pcs of garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 2 pcs bell peppers (one orange and one yellow) 1 pc larger green zucchini 1 pc medium sized yellow zucchini 4 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp butter sweet ground pepper chilli seasoning pepper salt Attachment: 400 g of small potatoes fat for browning water salt

Procedure:

1. Place the halved zucchini in a bowl, add the sliced garlic, pepper, salt, sweet paprika, chilli and drizzle with soy sauce
2. Melt butter in a pan and brown the finely chopped onion
3. Add the marinated zucchini and the sliced coloured peppers
4. Fry everything and then simmer until the zucchini is soft
5. Serve with small roasted potatoes, garnished with parsley.

Potato preparation:
Boil the washed but unpeeled potatoes for 15 minutes in lightly salted water, then drain them thoroughly. Finally, fry them in a little oil, roasting for 5-10 minutes.
