Chinese style pork fillets in pineapple sauce

Roasted pork slices served with pineapple sauce made from pineapple, lemon juice, honey and parsley.

Procedure:
1. Peel the pineapple, remove the blossom, cut the pineapple into eighths, which we still cut into pieces, about 3/
4 pineapple mix with lemon juice, honey and a pinch of salt
2. Dry the washed parsley, tear off part of the top and keep for garnish, finely chop the rest and mix with the remaining pineapple pieces into the pineapple sauce
3. Cut the cleaned meat into slices, fry on both sides in hot oil until crispy, then season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Arrange the pork slices on plates, pour the sauce over them, garnish with parsley and serve with boiled rice.
