Salt, pepper and sprinkle potato starch over the prawns on a plate. Toss.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan with oil and fry the prawns on both sides for about 2 minutes and remove to the side.

Place one egg in the pan and make the scrambled eggs. Set aside.

Place the pre-cooked rice in the heated pan and add the soy sauce. Stir everything together.

Add the Asian mixed Vegetable Recipes, add sesame oil if desired.
6.
Place the scrambled eggs back in with the prawns, stir and serve immediately.
