Chinese Peking Cabbage Salad

A tasty, yet really simple, salad based on a recipe from Chinese cuisine. It is a quick side salad suitable for grilled meats.

Ingredients:

1 pk (500-700 g) tablespoon of Beijing cabbage 1 pk ./td>

red meaty peppers 200 g sterilized mushrooms 1 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp hot oil sugar salt

Procedure:

  • Remove damaged and wilted leaves, cut cabbage in half lengthwise, cut into thin noodles.
  • Pour the cabbage in a colander with boiling water to soften, drain.
  • In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the slices of sterilized mushrooms and red pepper noodles.
  • Dress the salad with vinegar, hot oil, add sugar and salt to taste and let it rest for at least 1 hour in a cool place.
