Chinese Peking Cabbage Salad

A tasty, yet really simple, salad based on a recipe from Chinese cuisine. It is a quick side salad suitable for grilled meats.

Ingredients:

1 pk (500-700 g) tablespoon of Beijing cabbage 1 pk ./td> red meaty peppers 200 g sterilized mushrooms 1 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp hot oil sugar salt

Procedure:

Remove damaged and wilted leaves, cut cabbage in half lengthwise, cut into thin noodles.

Pour the cabbage in a colander with boiling water to soften, drain.

In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the slices of sterilized mushrooms and red pepper noodles.

Dress the salad with vinegar, hot oil, add sugar and salt to taste and let it rest for at least 1 hour in a cool place.
