Chinese noodles with garlic sprouts and mushrooms

It is the time of garlic cloves, the shoots can be used in Asian cuisine and combined with mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes (peppers, leeks, young kohlrabi, etc.).

Ingredients:

300 g of garlic sprouts 250 g instant Chinese noodles 50 g of dried mushrooms (mushroom-like, such as smith’s mushroom, brown mushroom, etc.) 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs red pepper

1 pc onions 1 teaspoon of shredded barrier soy sauce pajeet chilli oil salt

Procedure:

  • Pour boiling water over noodles and let soften, drain water, let drain in a sieve
  • Cut garlic sprouts into 3-4 cm pieces, add to boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes, drain water, let drain
  • Slice garlic sprouts into 3-4 cm pieces, add to/li>
  • Fry the onion cut into strips in the oil in a pan, add the garlic shoots, strips of peppers, pre-soaked dried mushrooms (the smith mushroom is suitable, its color resembles the Judas ear, which is common in Asian cuisine)
  • Grow until the Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms soften
  • Into the soft mixture stir the Chinese noodles, add ginger, garlic, chilli to taste, soy sauce, mix everything thoroughly
  • Sprinkle the hot noodles on the plate with chopped chives and serve.
