5 cups vegetable broth 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp saffron sticks 4 pcs young onions 1 pcs broccoli 1/2 pcs cauliflower 1 cup small corn 2 pcs carrots 1 packet pea pods 1 packet noodles 1 pinch ground black pepper

1. Pour broth into a larger pot, add soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and bring to a slow boil. 2. Place the saffron sticks in a bowl, mash them and add them to the broth. 3. Prepare the Vegetable Recipes. With a sharp knife, cut the scallions into strips, the cauliflower and broccoli into small heads. Grate the carrots, cut the cloves in half and add them to the broth. 4. Bring back to a boil, reduce heat, add noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
