Chinese Ginger Meat

Quick minute of beef noodles, leek, ginger, egg, salami …

Ingredients:

500 g of beef noodles 1 dcl white wine 1 pk egg 1 pk onion solamyl (starch meal) soy sauce ginger leek pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into noodles, whisk the eggs with the salt and white wine, add 2 teaspoons of grated ginger and sprinkle with soy sauce, salt and pepper
2. Put the meat noodles in the marinade and let them rest for 8 hours

Recommendation:

Serve this preparation with rice, pasta or chips. In addition to the leeks, you can liven up the dish with carrot noodles, peppers or other Vegetable Recipes.
