Chinese Chicken Soup with Mushrooms

Soup made from the broth of cooked chicken, root Vegetable Recipes and other ingredients, served set with instant noodles and dried mushrooms along with defended pieces of cooked chicken.

Ingredients:

1 piece of chicken 1 pk carrots 1 pk piece of celery 1 pcs of leek 4 pcs cloves of garlic 100 g of instant Asian noodles 10 g dried Judas ear 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tbsp soy sauce 1.5 l of water chilli salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Drain the broth, remove the skin and bones from the meat and cut into smaller pieces
3. Add chopped leeks, carrots, celery, garlic, pre-soaked chopped mushrooms and grated ginger to the broth, when the Vegetable Recipes are soft, season with soy sauce, chilli
4. Put the chicken pieces into the plates and pour the finished soup over them.

Recommendation:

Judas’s ear can be picked in nature on elderberries, or commonly bought in shops and chains as a “black fungus”, mu-er, mushrooms can also be substituted.
