Chinese cabbage soup with egg

ingredients

1 pk spike bone 3 liters water 1 tbsp shredded vegetable broth 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar pk ground black pepper 2 pk carrots 1 pk Chinese cabbage 2 pk egg

Place the washed spike bone in a deep pot and cover with water so that the bone is submerged

Bring to the boil and then scoop out the resulting protein.

Next, add the seasonings – crushed vegetable broth, salt, soy sauce, sugar and ground black pepper.

Clean the carrots and cut them into rounds. Add to the broth.

Clean and chop the Chinese cabbage as well, making sure there are no center hard parts (deep). Also add to the broth.

Remove the heat of the broth to minimum and cook for about an hour.

Finally, add the beaten eggs with a little water, which we pour into the broth and only after 10 seconds stir. This will give us a lovely texture to the egg.

8.

Remove the chicken bone before serving.
