Chinese cabbage salad

ingredients

1 pcs Chinese cabbage 1 crucible sour cream 1 packet feta with herbs or Balkan cheese 1 can of corn 1 packet green olives /optional/

This salad was brought by a friend to all of our get-togethers, whether it was a barbecue, an amateur theater performance, or a camping trip, she always came with a full “vandlie” of this salad. Within 5 minutes it was gone, we swooped down on it like vultures on prey 😀

Cut up the Chinese cabbage, add a can of corn, cut the feta or Balkan cheese into small cubes, stir in the sour cream and refrigerate.

You can also add green olives.
