Chimichurri Sauce

This sauce is suitable for roasted or grilled meats and also for fish. The recipe comes from Argentina.

Procedure:
1. Put red wine vinegar, olive oil, crushed bay leaf, peeled crushed garlic clove, chilli spices, hot pepper, finely chopped rosemary, oregano, parsley into a bowl
2. Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to thaw.
