Chilli Prawns

Marinated medium sized shrimps, fried, served with seasoned mayonnaise. A great New Year’s Eve hot appetizer or also an appetizer with wine.

Ingredients:

For 20 pieces of prawns: 20 pcs medium sized prawns

4 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs chillies 80 ml lemon juice 1 tbsp of olive oil 1 handful of fresh chopped smooth leaf parsley mayonnaise with green olives freshly ground black pepper

Procedure:

1. 1. Season with salt and pepper, preferably freshly ground pepper and mix everything thoroughly, let marinate for 10 minutes
3. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan and then fry the prawns in it, just 2 minutes on each side
4. Sprinkle the fried prawns with a handful of chopped smooth parsley and serve with mayonnaise and green olives, or some dip.
