Chifferi with grilled Vegetable Recipes

400 g pasta (chifferi-coleslaw) Vegetable Recipes (zucchini, red peppers, baby spinach…) 2 cloves garlic olive oil salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano

Light dinner.

Put the pasta in boiling salted water. Slice the garlic, and cut the other Vegetable Recipes into approximately the same size pieces.

Heat a grill pan, add garlic and other Vegetable Recipes, drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Grill for about 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill again until golden brown, about the same time. Remove from heat source and let rest for a few minutes.

Drain the pasta cooked to al dente, add to the grilled Vegetable Recipes along with the torn baby spinach pieces and toss lightly.
