Chickpeas with mushrooms

250 g chickpeas 300 g fresh mushrooms 1 KL butter 1/2 KL ground cumin a little parsley a little salt
procedure
1.
Rinse the pre-soaked chickpeas with water to submerge them. Boil it until tender and drain it.

Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in butter until tender. Mix the cooked chickpeas with the stewed mushrooms, add the chopped parsley, cumin and salt. Serve with chicken quarters.
