Chickpeas with champions

1 cup cooked chickpeas 1 pk large onion 3 pk garlic pk oil 4 pk cherry tomatoes pk saffron pk paprika ml.red pk salt 300 ml vegetable broth pk chili pepper / does not have to be/ 5 pk brown mushrooms,
step
1. Soak the chickpeas a day in advance. The next day, boil it. Prepare the other ingredients. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. 2. Fry the onion in oil. Add the garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the saffron. I don’t have real saffron, it’s calendula. 3. Add the tomatoes to the pan and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add a teaspoon of ground paprika, chili powder, salt and stir. 4. Pour in the broth. Add the cooked chickpeas. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. If necessary, simmer uncovered for a few minutes to reduce the sauce. 5. Chop the mushrooms roughly, fry in the oil, add salt and garlic and sauté. 6. Serve with rice but can also be served separately. Bon appetit.
