Chickpeas (chickpeas) in Indian

500 g chickpeas Indian spices GARAM MASALA curry powder, a pinch of chilli powder, cumin seeds, garlic, ground coriander, turmeric, garlic, smooth flour to thicken the dish

Chickpeas taste like nuts.. 1. Soak the chickpeas for a few hours (ideally overnight) and then cook them for at least 40 min. until tender, simmering gently. 2. Fry the diced onion and sliced garlic in oil, add all the spices to taste and add the drained, cooked chickpeas. Pour a little water and thicken with flour and let it boil. 3. Serve with bread. Since it was my first time, I cooked only 1/2 bag of chickpeas(500g). I put dried ginger, but I’m sure it won’t spoil anything if it’s fresh.
