Ingredients:

2 cans (850 ml)

3 pcs (110 g)
spring onions
2 pcs (120 g)
carrots
1 pc (130 g)
red peppers
1 handful (45 g)
roasted nuts
1 handful (10 g)
basil
3 tablespoons (60 g)
mayonnaise
1 tbsp (10 g)
fresh dill
1 tsp (10 g)
td>dijon mustard
1 pinch (5 g)
pepper
1 pinch (5 g)
salt
String:
8 pieces (8 × 60 g)
whole wheat bread
Sweet Spot:
4 pieces (4 × 80 g)

Procedure:
Mash the chickpeas in a blender, or you can mash them with a potato masher if you want a grainier texture. To this mixture, finely chop the spring onions and red pepper. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Flavor everything with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and herbs. Mix, taste, add salt and sunflower seeds if necessary to make it crunchy.
The mixture is then spread generously on bread and lunch is ready.
