Chickpea patties with yogurt

Baked patties of chickpeas, cream, garlic and other ingredients, served with basil yoghurt.

Ingredients:

400 g canned or cooked chickpeas 50 g grated gouda cheese 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk eggplant 1 tsp ground coriander

2 tbsp chopped green parsley 4 tbsp sesame seeds 120 ml 33% cream smooth flour for coating grits for thickening

oil to coat the baking sheet ground pepper salt For basil yogurt: 200 ml of thick white yogurt 1 tsp olive oil 1 bunch fresh basil lemon juice ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. In a blender, blend the drained chickpeas and cream, add the peeled, crushed garlic cloves, add salt and pepper and blend for a while
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, stir in the egg, finely grated cheese, finely chopped parsley and thicken with breadcrumbs 3. Form balls, lightly coat them in flour, make patties, sprinkle with sesame seeds, spread them on an oiled baking tray lined with baking paper, put them in a preheated oven at 230 °C and bake for about 20 minutes
4. Mix the white yoghurt with olive oil, some finely chopped basil, season with salt, ground pepper and lemon juice, sprinkle with the rest of the chopped basil and serve with the baked patties.
