Chickpea Dip

Dip with a distinct taste and aroma of the ingredients used, suitable for toasted lids, Lebanese bread or strong savoury sticks.

Ingredients:

800 g of chickpeas in brine 320 ml olive oil 80 ml lemon juice 2 tsp ground coriander 1 teaspoon sweet minced paprika 1 teaspoon chilli seasoning 1 piece larger garlic clove 1 pk onion pepper salt olive oil for the pan

Procedure:

1. Heat a non-stick frying pan to high heat, pour 2 tbsp olive oil, add the crushed garlic, chopped onion, chilli, chilli spices and coriander, fry everything for 2-3 minutes
2. Stir the mixture, transfer to the bowl of a food processor and blend
4. Season the mixture with lemon juice, pepper and salt, let it mix thoroughly
5. 6. Serve the chickpea dip with toasted slices of veksa, Lebanese bread or thick salty sticks, for example.
