Chickpea and leek soup

ingredients

1 pk leek 1 handful chickpeas 2 pk garlic 1 pk broth 1 tbsp flour plain oil salt marjoram chilli

step

1. Soak the chickpeas overnight in water. In the morning, boil it in a pressure cooker until tender. Sauté the chopped leek and garlic in the oil. 2. Dust with flour, 3. Stir and pour in the chickpea broth. Season with salt and simmer over low heat, covered, for 10 minutes. 4. Then add the cooked cicer, marjoram, pass through the boil and remove from the heat. 5. Garnish with chilli, or chives, or chives.
