Chicken zama

Moldavian chicken soup with rice, Vegetable Recipes and bread leaven.

Ingredients:

1/4 pcs smaller hens 3 pcs carrots 2 pcs petrels 4 tablespoons

Procedure:

1. Wash the smaller hen, cut it up, cover with cold water, lightly salt and boil it until tender (collect the fat from the surface)
