Chicken with Old Bohemian Stuffing
Chicken stuffed with stuffing of rolls, bacon, mushrooms and other ingredients, baked until tender.

Procedure:
1. Clean, wash, dry and salt the chicken
2. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion, diced bacon, cleaned, sliced mushrooms and let cool
3. Cut the rolls into cubes, put them in a bowl, moisten with milk, add egg yolks, finely chopped parsley, peeled crushed garlic cloves, mushrooms and onions, season with salt, ground pepper, a pinch of mace and mix, finally stir in the stiff egg white snow
4. Fill the chicken with the prepared stuffing, put it in a buttered baking dish, put it in a preheated oven at 230 °C, after 10 minutes pour water over it, reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for about 1 hour covered, basting occasionally with the fat and basting with water as needed
