Chicken with mushrooms and tomatoes

ingredients

1 pk chicken 2 tbsp butter 1 pk onion 300 g mushrooms 1 can peeled tomatoes a little parsley to taste salt to taste ground black pepper

procedure

1. Season with salt and pepper and fry in half the butter. 2. Add the finely chopped onion to the chicken stock and fry it. Add the peeled tomatoes and a little stock if necessary. 3. In the remaining butter, sauté the whole mushrooms with the spinach. Add them to the chicken and put the whole dish in the oven for a few more minutes.
