1 kg chicken wings 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp Hellmann’s ketchup 4 pcs garlic 4 tbsp Hellmann’s Samba barbecue sauce for serving 1 to taste lemon juice 1 pinch salt 1 pinch pepper

1. Season the wings with salt and pepper and toss with a marinade made with Worcestershire sauce, Hellmann's ketchup, mustard, lemon juice and crushed garlic. Let marinate at room temperature for about 1 hour. 2. Then place on a baking tray, cover with foil and bake at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes (until tender). 3. The baked wings can either be left to cool or immediately grilled until golden on a hot grill. During grilling, brush with the fat from the roasting pan. 4. Serve with Hellmann's SAMBA barbecue sauce, toasted bread and Vegetable Recipes.
