Chicken wing with pasta

1 pk chicken wing oil mushrooms pasta salt 1 pk lemon 1 clove garlic ground black pepper rosemary

Wash the lemon thoroughly and squeeze the juice from it. Grate the lemon zest. Season the washed chicken wing with salt and pepper. Mix 1 tbsp oil with 6 tbsp lemon juice and a little rosemary. Pour this over the chicken wing and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken wing from the brine and let it drain. Clean your garlic and add it to your chicken wing. When you fry it from the store sides. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken wing on both sides. Peel and thinly slice the garlic and add it to the chicken wing.

Also clean and wash the mushrooms, cut them into small moons and add them to the chicken wing. Sprinkle the rest of the rosemary on top of the chicken wing and place in the oven to bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.

Put water on to boil in a saucepan and season generously with salt. Put the pasta into the boiling water and cook, stirring occasionally or even constantly. Then drain the pasta and put it on a plate. Garnish the finished chicken wing with a little rosemary and a slice of lemon.
