Chicken tandoori patties with Vegetable Recipes

Asian-style prepared chicken pieces, marinated with Vegetable Recipes and spices, preferably the next day the mixture is fried in pieces in a pan in oil.

Ingredients:

2 pcs chicken breast 2 pcs egg 3 pcs spring onions 1 pc red meaty peppers 1 pk small carrots 3 tablespoons salt 1 tbsp tandoori masala spices 1 tbsp soy sauce oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into smaller cubes, finely chop the peppers and onions and coarsely grate the carrots
2. Place everything in a bowl, add salt, eggs, season with soy sauce, dust with starch and mix thoroughly, let rest for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight)
