Cold strudel, excellent as an appetizer or savoury dessert with wine.

Procedure:
First, bake the strudel:
1. First, beat the stiff egg whites, then lightly whisk in the flour and baking powder, egg yolks, a little salt 2. Spread the dough on a buttered baking sheet and bake in the oven (180 °C) until golden brown
3. 4. Grind chicken and smoked meat, add raw egg yolk, chives, parsley and mix
5. Add a teaspoon of mustard, ground pepper, salt, chopped cucumber, chopped hard-boiled egg and grated cheese, if the filling is thick, dilute it with a little milk or cream
6. Finally, roll out the cold strudel, brush it with the spread and roll it again
7. Cut into strips about 1 cm wide and serve as an appetizer or dessert with wine.
