Chicken Soup with Judas Ear

Spicy chicken broth with chunks of cooked chicken, sauteed mushrooms and other ingredients, with an insert of instant Chinese noodles.

Ingredients:

200 g of Judas ear 200 g of Chinese cabbage 4 pcs cloves of garlic 1 pk pepperoni 1/2 pcs whole chicken 1.5 l water instant Chinese noodles fresh parsley soy sauce ginger oil salt

Procedure:

1. Boil half of the chicken, in lightly salted water, until tender with 3 slices of ginger and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2. When the chicken is tender, drain the clear broth through a colander, let the chicken cool
3. Saute the chopped Chinese cabbage and chopped Judas ear in oil
4. When soft, pour the cabbage and mushrooms into the broth together with the chopped skinless chicken, heat, add chopped hot pepper and garlic, add salt, let everything boil for 5 minutes
5. Before the end of cooking put 2 cubes of instant noodles into the soup, in 3 minutes they will soften and the soup can be served
