1/2 liter chicken broth 150 ml coconut milk 100 g cooked chicken 1 tbsp fish sauce 3 pcs chili pepper 1 pcs coriander 1 pcs ginger 1 pcs lemon grass 1 tbsp lemon juice
step
Add milk, coriander root, ginger, lemongrass to the stock and bring to the boil. Boil for a few minutes, add the meat cut into small pieces and simmer. Add fish sauce, lemon juice and chillies to taste.
