Chicken Soup with Chickpeas

Procedure:
1. Wash the cleaned chicken thighs and wings and boil them until tender in salted water with 1 whole onion, allspice, pepper and bay leaf, drain, peel and chop the chicken
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas
3. In hot oil fry the cleaned Vegetable Recipes cut into smaller pieces, peeled onion and garlic, pour the broth and cook until soft
4. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, add the chickpeas, the defended chopped meat and cook briefly together, finally season with salt, pepper, marjoram and fresh herbs.
Recommendation:
Instead of chickpeas, you can add green peas or green beans to the soup.
