Chicken Soup with Chickpeas

Soup of cooked chicken, Vegetable Recipes and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 pcs of chicken thighs 2 pcs 2 pcs of potatoes 2 pcs of carrots 2 pcs of carrots 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 2 pcs onions 1 pcs small peppers 1 pcs small parsley 1 pcs small parsley 1 pc chickpea fritters 1/4 pc celery 2 tbsp oil new spices

Procedure:

1. Wash the cleaned chicken thighs and wings and boil them until tender in salted water with 1 whole onion, allspice, pepper and bay leaf, drain, peel and chop the chicken
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas
3. In hot oil fry the cleaned Vegetable Recipes cut into smaller pieces, peeled onion and garlic, pour the broth and cook until soft
4. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, add the chickpeas, the defended chopped meat and cook briefly together, finally season with salt, pepper, marjoram and fresh herbs.

Recommendation:

Instead of chickpeas, you can add green peas or green beans to the soup.
