Chicken Soup Dumplings

Everyone knows liver dumplings for soup, but what about trying a different alternative made from tender chicken that will be a welcome change for the kids.

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 4 200 g Skinless chicken steak minced by Klatovy Poultry Plant 2-3 tbsp 2-3 tbsp Steak/td>

breadcrumbs (to thicken) 1/2 tsp salt 1 pk egg 1 pk garlic clove pepper (ground) dried marjoram parsley or chives to taste

Procedure:

  • Work all the ingredients for the dumplings together and add breadcrumbs depending on the thickness, or you can use a little melted butter to soften. The finished mixture holds together well so that it can be formed into balls.
  • For better taste and colour, fry it in butter first.
  • Then simmer them in the broth until they are done.
