Everyone knows liver dumplings for soup, but what about trying a different alternative made from tender chicken that will be a welcome change for the kids.
Ingredients:

200 g
Skinless chicken steak minced by Klatovy Poultry Plant
2-3 tbsp
2-3 tbsp

breadcrumbs (to thicken)
1/2 tsp
salt
1 pk
egg
1 pk
garlic clove
pepper (ground)
dried marjoram
parsley or chives to taste
Procedure:
Work all the ingredients for the dumplings together and add breadcrumbs depending on the thickness, or you can use a little melted butter to soften. The finished mixture holds together well so that it can be formed into balls.
For better taste and colour, fry it in butter first.
Then simmer them in the broth until they are done.
