Chicken soup with Vegetable Recipes and noodles.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the well-cleaned hen and its giblets in cold salted water and boil gently for about 2-3 hours depending on the age of the hen
2. When the hen is soft, add the root Vegetable Recipes
3. Peel the meat from the hen and cut into noodles, also cut the giblets and Vegetable Recipes into small pieces
5. Put everything back into the soup and boil with the noodles.
Recommendation:
Cauliflower and mushrooms are also suitable for chicken soup.
