8 pcs boneless chicken thighs 4 pcs onion 1 pcs colored pepper 150 g bacon 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper 1 pcs lemon a little oil 3 tbsp white rum
procedure
1. 1. Wash the chicken thighs, dry and tenderize lightly. Cut them into cubes, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and rum. Let the meat stand for about an hour. 2. Meanwhile, dice the bacon, cut the onion into eighths and the coloured peppers into larger pieces. Progressively skewer the meat, bacon, onions and peppers onto the barbecue needles. 3. Brush everything with oil and place the finished needles on the hot grill. Grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
