Chicken skewers on beer with red onion

ingrediencie

2 cloves garlic 300 ml beer 60 ml honey 1 KL Dijon mustard 60 ml soy sauce to taste ground black pepper 4 pcs diced chicken breasts 3 pcs red onion 1 tbsp 1 tbsp rapeseed oil with chilli, basil and sun-dried tomatoes to taste parsley to sprinkle

procedure

1. Make a marinade with the beer, honey, mustard, soy sauce, oil and spices. Add the chicken breasts and marinate ideally overnight. 2. Cut red onion into quarters and alternately skewer with marinated meat on a barbecue needle. 3. Grill on each side, brushing with marinade as you grill. 4. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
