Chicken sauté with Vegetable Recipes

300 g chicken breast 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp olive oil a little salt 250 g fresh Vegetable Recipes- tomatoes, peppers, spring onions 3 tbsp sterilized corn

Quick, simple and tasty.

1.

Wash the chicken and cut into cubes. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Add spring onions.

Add ketchup, mustard, stir and put in a pan to sauté.

Stir fry a little until the meat releases its juices.

4.

Add Vegetable Recipes and simmer until tender.

Serve with rice or bread.
