Chicken salad with pasta and peas

ingredients

400 g chicken breast 2 pcs tomato 2 handfuls peas 100 g Eidam cheese 1 packet pasta to taste salt,black pepper,grill seasoning and basil 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp mustard

procedure

1.

Cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Put in a bowl, season,add oil, ketchup and mustard. Stir and leave to rest.

Fry the meat on both sides in a frying pan, pour 1 dcl of water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove and let the meat cool on a plate. Cut into small pieces.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the cheese into small pieces

In a salad bowl, mix Vegetable Recipes, meat and pasta. Serve hot or cold. Add sour cream or tartar sauce for flavouring.
