Chicken salad with mushrooms
ingredients
300 g chicken breast a little olive oil 100 g mushrooms 1 pk red onion 1 pk cucumber 2 pk tomato 1 bunch spring onion a little parsley to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan in hot oil. Cut the onion into rings, drizzle with olive oil and leave to stand. 2. Remove the roasted meat from the pan and set aside. Put the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and the parsley into the fat and fry everything nicely. Put the meat back and reheat everything. 3. In the meantime, chop and place the prepared Vegetable Recipes and onions on plates, add the browned mixture from the pan and serve.
