Chicken salad with egg
ingredients
100 g chicken breast 80 g cherry tomatoes 2 cloves garlic 2 pcs egg 6 pcs lettuce leaves to taste olive oil, salt
procedure
1.
Wash the breasts, cut into strips, season with salt and fry in hot oil.

Hard boil the eggs – boil them in hot water for 9 to 10 minutes.
3.
Rinse the lettuce leaves and place in a bowl.
4.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and eggs into rounds.
5.
Add the chicken breasts, eggs and tomatoes to the bowl.
6.
Coat the salad with oil, season with salt to taste and serve with the garlic rubbed over the salad.
