Cut the sausages lengthwise into quarters, the peppers into noodles, the bacon and cheese also lengthwise into fries. Make a scramble with the eggs and onions. Grease the roe loin mould with a little oil. Cut the chicken breasts into slices, slice thinly, season with salt and pepper and line the sides of the mould with them. Arrange the sausages, bacon, cheese, peppers and roast. Put the cutlets on top again, cover with a little water and put in the oven to bake. Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.

After baking, pour the juices into a bowl, turn the roll out onto a board and slice. Taste with mashed potatoes.
