Chicken roulade

1 pk chicken breast 2 pk sausages 100 g bacon 100 g Eidam cheese 2 pk garlic 1 handful rice 2 tbsp mustard 1 KL salt 1 KL ground black pepper 1 dl oil

Cut the chicken breasts to make one large slice. Lightly pat, season with salt and pepper and rub with mustard.

Thinly slice the bacon and spread it out lengthwise and place the halved sausage next to it. Roll the roll progressively.

When partially rolled, place the bacon and sliced hard cheese again.

Mix the rice with finely chopped garlic and sprinkle this mixture over the cheese and bacon.

Curl the roulade carefully and transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle the grill seasoning over the top and drizzle with oil. Baste with the broth while baking. Sprinkle with grated cheese before finishing. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes and vegetable salad.
