Chicken pieces with vegetable-fruit salad

200 g chicken meat 1 pk egg white a little sesame seeds to taste salt
Salad:
1 pk iceberg lettuce 1 pk orange 1 pk spring onion a little mint leaves
Salad dressing:
1 tsp honey 1 tsp balsamic vinegar dark 1 tsp soy sauce a little orange juice

A light summer lunch ready in minutes.
1. Beat the egg white and add the sesame seeds. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, lightly salt and pepper and add to the egg white mixture. 2. Fry in hot oil, place on a paper towel and drain off excess fat. 3. Mix vinegar, honey and soy sauce and add orange juice, season to make a sweet and sour sauce. 4. Peel the orange and divide it into pieces, blanch each piece. Wash the lettuce and tear into small pieces, add the chopped onion, mint leaves and the chopped orange. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss. 5. Serve the salad with the chicken pieces.
