Chicken Pie

A sheet of puff pastry laid out in a baking dish, topped with sausage, tomato slices and cheese, baked with eggs.

Procedure:
1. Roll out the puff pastry into a sheet to fill a greased, floured, deeper baking dish
2. Brush the pastry with mustard, then sprinkle with half of the grated hard cheese
3. Place the cheese on top of the peeled sausage, the strips of peppers and the tomato rounds
4. Place the pie in the oven preheated to 200 °C, once the pie starts to bake, crack the other half of the grated cheese together with the eggs, add salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the pre-baked pie
5. Then bake the pie in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at a temperature of about 170-180 °C.
