Chicken patties with mushrooms

380 g puff pastry 200 g mushrooms 4 tbsp olive oil 4 pcs chicken cutlets 1 pk egg 1 clove garlic pepper salt
procedure
1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced mushrooms in it for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, season with salt and pepper, set aside and leave to cool slightly. 2. Cut the puff pastry into squares. Place the chicken breasts diagonally in the centre, layer the mushrooms on top and drizzle with the remaining oil. Fold the opposite corners of the pastry over the meat and mushrooms, overlapping the edges and pressing them down firmly. 3. Transfer the parcels to a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 200°C for approximately 25 minutes, until the packets are golden in colour.
