Chicken Pâté

A starter of chicken liver, chicken meat, English bacon and eggs.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 250 g of chicken liver 120 g roast chicken 50 g English bacon 50 g fresh breadcrumbs 2 pcs eggplant 3 tbsp milk mace worcester parsley salt butter to grease the mold

Procedure:

1. Cut the blanched chicken liver and meat into cubes, mix and mince
2. Mix the minced mixture with breadcrumbs, finely chopped bacon, eggs beaten with milk, spices, salt and let stand for about half an hour
