Chicken pasta

Chicken pasta with lime and white wine is every home cook’s dream. It’s easy, exceptionally good and goes great with wine.

Ingredients for four

400g penne pasta 500g chicken fillets 1 large onion 2 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of cooking oil 2 dl of white wine1 lime parsley 2 dl cream 2 tsp honey salt and black pepper to taste

Smoke the onions finely and start sautéing them in a greased casserole. Meanwhile, bring the pasta to the boil and cut the chicken into small cubes.

Once the onions are golden, take 10-15 minutes, add the chicken to the casserole and quickly fry the tops.

White wine, secä 1/2 lime juice go into the sauce. Simmer until the liquids are reduced to a simmer.

Salt and pepper to taste, then pour in the cream and honey. Bring the sauce to the boil and stir into the drained pasta.

Garrange the chicken pasta with chopped parsley and lime wedges and serve immediately.

Serve immediately.
