Chicken on Vegetable Recipes, gnocchi

Roasted portions of chicken sauteed together with Vegetable Recipes nicely. The base seasoned with spices and tomato puree, then sugar and garlic at the end.

Ingredients:

For four people: 1 pk whole chicken 4 pk garlic strips 3 pcs peppers 3 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs onions 1 pcs can of tomato puree 1 pcs cake 100 g bacon 1 tbsp fat ground sweet paprika allspice bay leaves parsley

Procedure:

  • Cut the chicken, salt and pepper
  • In a large frying pan, render the bacon, remove it, add the lard, fry the chicken parts on all sides and when removed, add the chopped onion to the base and let it turn golden
  • .Add the puree, the ground paprika, return the chicken, cover with water and simmer until semi-soft
  • Add the chopped other Vegetable Recipes and spices (we roasted the zucchini in another pan), the Vegetable Recipes must remain crispy
  • Simmer for 20 minutes
  • Finish with salt, pepper, sugar and crushed garlic.
  • Preparation of gnocchi:

  • Grate the potatoes, then mash them
  • Add the flour and eggs, form a dough, which is cooked in well-salted boiling water through a large-mesh colander (gnocchi maker) for about four minutes.
