Chicken on sauerkraut

1 pk chicken 1 kg sauerkraut 250 g smoked bacon mushrooms or dried mushrooms salt ground black pepper ground red pepper bay leaf

Place sliced bacon on a baking sheet, add a layer of sauerkraut, bay leaf, salted,peppered and peppered shredded chicken.

2.

Cover with a second layer of sauerkraut. Place the mushrooms on top and place in the oven to bake for 30 – 45 minutes.
